- Orders placed by 5:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, begin processing the same business day and ship within 1–3 business days
- After dispatch, delivery takes 7–14 business days, or 8–17 business days in total from your order
- We ship with trusted carriers including USPS and FedEx
- Your tracking number is emailed within 48 hours of dispatch
- Any import duties or customs fees are covered by us

Returns and refunds

- We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items; for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by you
