Every Lounge of Jewels order ships free with standard shipping to any US address, tracked all the way to your door.
- Orders placed by 5:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, begin processing the same business day and ship within 1–3 business days
- After dispatch, delivery takes 7–14 business days, or 8–17 business days in total from your order
- We ship with trusted carriers including USPS and FedEx
- Your tracking number is emailed within 48 hours of dispatch
- Any import duties or customs fees are covered by us
Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, you can return your order instead.
Returns and refunds
Not quite the right fit or style? Returns are simple.
- You can request a return within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn and returned with their original box, pouch, tags, and certificates
- Pierced earrings and personalized or engraved pieces are final sale unless they arrive defective or not as described
- Email support@loungeofjewels.com and we'll send your Return Authorization and return instructions
- We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items; for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by you
