Returns and refunds
Not quite the right fit or style? Returns are simple.

- Items must be unworn and returned with their original box, pouch, tags, and certificates
- Pierced earrings and personalized or engraved pieces are final sale unless they arrive defective or not as described

- We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items; for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by you
